Unique land of scenic beauty, District of tea and tourism, with a good religious and cultural heritage, Moulovibazar, situated in the northeast corner of Bangladesh with a boarder with Kacchar district of India. Majority of the tea garden (92), number of unique tourist spots with two water falls Ham Ham in Kamalganj and Madhabkundo in Barlekha, Shamoly echo park and natural resource of forests like Agar plant, in addition foreigners, and hard working patriotic manpower working abroad contributing reasonably in the national economy. Health care delivery system comprises with Community clinic to 250 beded modern hospital, along with reasonable expert and trained medical personnel builds it up. But instead of all available health facilities maternal mortality ratio is higher than national and nutritional status is low. Valid immunization coverage is not upto the mark. So Special Attention should be given to improvise all these sectors. We are publishing this health bulletin in the basis of Available data with reasonable analysis, but still we have some limitation and lacking which we commit to overcome next.
