Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
We are really glad to publish this health bulletin at last. Publihsing this health bulletin we have to face some difficulties namely all the upozila managers are new in their position, they are not trained or motivated. Few of the supporting stuffs are not committed enough. Disruption of the internet connection with power failure needs to be mentioned specially. Last of all, interpretation of data and some terms in the rout level need to be clarify. Recomendatons- Separate MIS unit should be set in Civil Surgeon office. More than One High speed internet Connection should be ensure in all health facilities. Definition of all terms and items should be slandered. Yearly Refreshers training should be arranged in district level by MIS unit. To combate To improvise Maternal mortality, Nutritonal deficiency, Low valid EPI coverage can be improvised by rapid recruitment of Manpower, training and refreshers training of existing man power, establishment of blood bank in all upozilas and district hospital, establishment of SCANU in all 50bed hospitals with skilled manpower, provision of award and remuneration among the field stuffs for their better performance. Good referral system with a well equipped ambulance should be ensured in each upozilla.
