Preface

I am very glad to publish the Health Bulletin/2016 of 300 Bedded Hospital, Narayanganj. It contains almost all health related informations of this institution in 2015. It will disseminate the vital informations to other line departments & development partners. I hope, all these informations & datas will help for future planning and bridging the gaps of our services. Moreover, it will help us to find out the constrains as well as achievements of health status of MDG4 & MDG5 which will guide us to reach the targets. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
It is to be mentioned that Narayanganj 200 Bedded hospital was converted into 300 one on 02/09/2013. But stil now all resources remain same as before. So, we have to serve with these limited resources. But Health Services Management Committee of this institution is very active & regular meeting is held. With the help of this high profile committee we have already achieved following materials :- (1) 2 new Ambulances (2) 63 CCTV Cameras (3) 1 Deep tubewell (4) 4 Digital Attedance Machines (5) 1 Modern Conference Room (6) 70 Ceiling Fans etc. Reqirements & demands :- (1) 1 complete Cardiac Unit (2) 1 Trauma Centre (3) 1 Blood Bank (4) 1 Car for Medical Superintendent (DD) (5) 1 Dialysis Centre (6) 1 Burn Unit (7) Convertion to a Medical College.
