Preface

Health is not scope but fundamental right. It might be open to all. To ensure the primary health service & maternal health care especially for those people who are living poor, neglected underdeveloped area we the doctors & health service related worker have to enforce their duty on that regards. It is our social & moral duty to ensure awareness of primary health care, lovely cheerful & dutiful life of the people. Disease free healthy people are essential for the National development & progress. To improve the quality of health care & fundamental right of the people can’t be achieved without specific aim. It is essential to improve the patient-doctor relationship. Health care quality & human right should be elevated by the health care institution & service provider with the help of responsible social people by dint of responsibility. Doctor society should not consider the patient on the basis of social status. Poor or rich every patient should be treated or considered by the responsibility of the doctors to fulfill their demand. I expect healthy life & respectable duties of all the officers & staffs of health department on the occasion of publication of yearly Local Health Bulletin-2015 according to direction by Director, Management Information System(MIS), Directorate General of Health Service, Dhaka, Bangladesh. -- Dr. Md. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Thanks to almighty Allah. I would like to inform you all that. Sadar Hospital Lakshmipur ranked 11 among all District Hospital and number 01 among all District Hospitals in Chittagong Division Bangladesh for this achieving great Success. Thanks to my civil surgeon and his office all my Colleagues. Sister. Brothers and all staffs of sadar hospital and the People of Lakshmipur. I am dedicated to Continue this but lack of personal hygiene. negligence to the disease prevention & over population peoples are suffering from various disease everyday. To improve the public health care for those people living in the neglected rural area it is the moral duty & obligation of doctors society to provide the proper health care to them in proper time. I expect the quality of treatment facility & health service should be enriched. Laxmipur Sadar Hospital is running as 100 bedded hospital from July 2003 but 100 bedded manpower did not provided that’s why peoples are deprived from quality services. For the safety of hospital & its staffs, hospital boundary should be constructed & Security guard should be recruited. On the occasion of the yearly Health Bulletin-2015, I wish sound health of all the officers & staffs who are involving to publish this health bulletin. I hope this will be a continuous effort. -- Dr. Anwar Hossain Residential Medical Officer, RMO District Sadar Hospital, Lakshmipur
