Preface

It is my proud privilege to present the 'Health Bulletin-2015'' of Adhunik Sadar Hospital, Natore. This is a 100 beded hospital providing almost all the services including IMCI-PHN and com-EOC services. Recently this hospital is included into the project 'Vission 2020' of the OP ''National Eye care'',DGHS.This is the only Hospital in this district to serve more than 1.7 millions population of this district for health services. The number of service providers- specially Medical Officers and fourth class employees are not sufficient enough to serve a huge number of patients who seek treatment into the hospital everyday. Inspite of that, everybody is trying to make it possible and to make it fruitful

Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Adhunik Sadar Hospital , Natore is still a bit behind from ''Modern Hospital''. The space of the existing building is not sufficient , Electric & Sanitary lines are defective which need immediate replacement. Extension for One hundred fifty beds is still under tender processes . Shortage of ambulance ,generator, X-ray machine, air conditioner, dehumidifier etc hampers good services delivery, Good infrastructure, sufficient manpower and necessary equipments are essential for improvement of hospital services.
