Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
We want to give service to all people of Nilphamari specially the poor and ultra poor.But deu to shortage of man power inall level we are unable to do this sire as per desire of general people.It was a 50 Bed hospital in the year 2002 . It Was upgreaded to 100 Beds hospital in the year 2003 with manpower of 50 Bed set up.At present the number of Doctors are only 12 ,though it is 22 in 50 Bed set up.But the Hospital is overloaded.Now the Bed occupancy rate 169.1%.At the there is no restriction of visitors in entering the hospital.So it is not possible to maintainthe cleanliness of the hospital properly.Shortage of doctors, and other class four employees is another and major bar for giving proper service to the patients.So we need proper number of manpower.
