Preface

This bulletin contains all health related informations of 250 bedded General Hospital, Pabna from January-December 2015. It will reflect a clear picture of service provided to the patients. Progress of performance can be evaluated from a comparison to the report of 2014. Even our sincere endevour in all avenues of our service was not up to the satisfactory. Ofcourse we shall say about our bottle necks regarding shortage of support personnels. Hope to improve the total service with the best effort & team spirit. In addition we invite criticisms & suggestion from different personnel’s & institution’s with a target to improve total health care service . For this reason we attend different social seminar on the health topic , publish health related articles in different social magazine & souvenirs , circulate our mobile telephone numbers (MIS mobile ) . We are always updated with ministry of health & DG. Health via e-mail. My gratitade to all doctors & support personnel’s of this hospital for their kind co-operation for the hospital management.

Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Our EMO posts are vacant. Out of 04 only 1 EMO is posted. Mid level doctors such as Medical Officers in Outdoor are not posted yet. As previous reports no of Nurses, 3rd & 4th Class employee should be increased. Patients referred from O.P.D are attended by specialists (Consultants , Asstt. Prof & Assosciate Prof.) everyday in all disciplines. As reported before we don’t have any office vehicle (Car/Jeep/Micro bus) for even doctors immergeny trasportation. At Present most of the patients referred from this hospital is of RTA ? Head injury. Only a single CT scan availability may reduce this no. of referred patients. So we need a CT scan in this hospital badly. Our x- ray machine are very old we can convert our machine into CR x-ray. Our USG Machine is out of order for long time. So a new USG Machine is Immediately needed. Irrespective of all bottlenecks our team work is very good to serve the patients & humanity. Our Hope for the best outcome in future inshahallah.
