Preface

I am very glad to know that the health bulletin is going to publish from 100 bedded hospital, Chuadanga. This bulletin contains all the health related information of the year 2015. This bulletin is published to disseminate the information of 100 bedded hospital, Chuadanga to other line departments and development partners of health sectors.I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for in health services of the Chuadanga district. Government health office has many data stored in the find. This health bulletin will help us to find out different information and also to see the result and activities of 2015. The bulletin contains the status of MDG-4 and MDG-5 which will help to localize the MDG targets. All the sanctioned presents and vacant posts are published in the bulletin of 2015. I would like to take attention of the highest authority to look up into the issue. Last of all, I would like to congratulate and thank to Proff. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Last year we were in a shortage of our own manpower still we had good position in Khulna division. Regards in patients care. Outdoor services operative services of district hospital . We had a lacking in communities health care services. Coming year we will be able to establish 97 community clinic we will try our level best to create EMO posts in Chuadanga Sadar Hospital. Manpower against vacant post and for 100 bedded hospital is important priority. We need to connect adequate instruments,equipements. Finally we are very happy to write this health bulletin. This documents will help us to make a comparison with other cause and future program.
