Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Important information and necessary issues for Jhenaidah District Hospital . Here I would like to mention some important factors which will help us to achieve better results in future. 1. This 100 Bedded District Hospital is running with 50 Beds hospital manpower. The Strength of manpower should have to be raised up-to standard setting of 100 Bedded District Hospital. 2. All the vacant post should be filled-up immediately. 3. Our doctor's, Nurses and other related health personnel need more training on IMCI, ARI , Diarrheal disease management, ICD-10 etc. 4. Our bed occupancy rate is 193%( Yearly average) so, the number of beds should be increased from 100 beds to 250 beds. By this time Hon'ble Prime Minister announced this hospital 100 bed to 250 Bed. 5. We need more equipment and manpower to run our ICU & NICU 6. All repairable equipment should be repaired as early as possible. Finally I am very happy to write this health bulletin of 100 Bedded Jhenaidah District Hospital. Because this document will help us to compare our health progress in upcoming years. This is to say that it is very useful document and will help the public to understand health services and to provide us the useful and valuable advice for better health improvement to the patients in future for making Digital Bangladesh. Thanks to all.
