Preface

I am very glad to publish this health bulletin of Bhola Sadar Hospital. This bulletin contains all the related information of 2 published to disseminate of District Hospital to other line department and development partners of health. I hope all the information of this bulletin will help for planing and budgeting the gaps in health service of this district. This health bulletin will help us to find contains and also to see the results and achievements of 2015. The bulletin contains the status of SDG which will help to localize the SDG targets. All the sanctioned and vacant posts are publish in this bulletin. I like to take of the higher authority to look into this issue. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
Bhola District Hospital is loaded with more patient in excess of sanctioned seats. Doctors are also dealing with more patients in OPD. We have 140.1% bed occupancy rate against 100 bed. Our Hospital was upgraded from 50 beded hospital to 100 beded hospital in the year of 2000. We have 22 Sanctioned Doctors post for 50 beded Hospital. We have only 8 Doctors posted in this Hospital. We have no anesthetist for more than last 3 years. We have insufficient Sr Staff Nurse to provide Quality Service to our Patients.. Cleanliness and Sanction are hampered due to shortage of Manpower.
