It gives me an immense pleasure to publish this health bulletin containing all the health information of 2016 in Comilla Medical College Hospital,Comilla.I think it will help to find out the lacunae where further attention is requred. It depicts the steps under taken and improvements achieved during this year.This health bulletin will also help the local level planners to formulate a future plan for further improvement and ensures transparency and accountability.It will help us to find constrains and also to see result and achievement of 2016. Important information and necessary issues you want to raise
I am glad to inform you that our total effort is to improve the health service delivery of the hospital.I would like to mention some important issues that will help us to achieve better result in future such as,(1)All the vacant post specially class 3 &class 4 should be filled up immediately.(2)CCU& ICU unit should be run fully (3) Our doctors ,nurses,and others who are related to health service delivery and reporting system need more training on IMCI,EMOC,etc.(4) One PWD sub station must be establish in the hospital campus to look after emergency repair and maintenance of the infra structure,(5)Medical equipments must be repaired promptly by the DGHS and related authorities (6) As Comilla Medical College Hospital is now a 500 beded hospital the infrastructure,manpower specially 3rd and 4th class employee and necessary logistic support should be provided for better health service delivary.
