Preface

It's a greater pleasure for us, As we are sharing and promating our Activities which have been performed by us,by the year-2015. We think our all parameters of activities relating to betterment of patients and environment have been geard up. Thought it's lough for us to active the goal as there are many trends and constrains are lying here.Like shortage of manpower, old and limited spaced infrastructure doctors like E,M,O, Asstt Registarar, Registarar, even the teaching staffs like professors, Associate professors,,This remowned hospital was started in the year-1968 with capacity of 300 bed,Later on 500 beds ,But in the year of-2013. The hospital have been upgraded to-1000 beded with all contents with out manpower.Arround 1500 patients are getting treatment in the indoor daily and bed occupency rate is 149%. So with the shortage of manpower like Cleaner and M,LS,S along with the service providers. It's a challange for us to keep up the standard service,Yet we are trying our level best to manage every thing Smoothly.It's a matter of great regreat that we are not gtting allotment from 138 head for repair and maintenance,So the out look of the building is not so good. Over all with all the above trends and constraints we hope to enrich our parameters to a satisfactory level. with best wishes Dr.S.M.SIRAZUL ISLAM.
