Preface
It is really a great pleasure for me to be involved in publishing HEALTH BULLETIN 2014 of this upazila.This bulletin comprises health related informations of last year of this upazila.Such as existing health facilities,status of MDG 4 and MDG 5 which will help to localize the MDG target.It also contains total visite of OPD patient,total emergency visit,no of total admission cases,morbidity and mortality profile,disease profile,no. and causes of death,water and sanitation status of this upazila and also the status of human resourees,equipments and other special services that are provided from this UHC.This bulletin is published to dessiminated these information to other departments and development partners of health sector.I hope all these contains of this bulletin will help us for planning and bridging the gaps in health services of this upazila.This bulletin will also help us to find constrains and also to see the result and achievement of health sector of this upazila for the year 2013.It is really appreciating that all officer and staff of this UHC has extended theier required support towards the development process of this bulletin.So I would like to thanks to all of my collegues, specially Mr Md.Aman Ullah(Statistician) for his gread job publishing this bulletin.Finally,I must thanks to MIS,DGHS,for supporting us to publishing this Health Bulletin.
